It’s a highly effective cardio and strength workout. You’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music—and burn up to 600 calories in the process. Not only will your lungs be pumping, you’ll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Indoor cycling is definitely intense and fast-paced, but it’s a great sport for any fitness level.

Pilates teaches us how to breathe properly & engage our ‘core’ creating more efficient-moving bodies. Your core will get stronger and your posture will improve with Pilates.  This class will improve your focus and your breathing while strengthening and lengthening your muscles.

Booty Barre Thursday

This is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning: From the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. The class is designed in specific sequences that build strength from static movements and also flexibility from long, sweeping dance-based movements. Available to all fitness levels this class is no impact and a great all body workout.
